By using this Site, submitting any form, claiming a listing, or registering as a network partner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this Site.
2. Description of Services
Tampa Bay Awning Network provides an online contractor directory and network platform connecting:
- Homeowners seeking licensed contractors for home improvement projects in the Tampa Bay area
- Contractors seeking to list their business, receive leads, and participate in the TBAN dealer/partner program
- Network Partners participating in cross-referral programs, awning dealer programs, and related services
3. Contractor Listings
3.1 Accuracy of Information
Contractor listings are compiled from publicly available Florida DBPR license data and Google Business Profile data. TBAN does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any listing. Contractors are responsible for verifying and updating their own listing information.
3.2 Unclaimed Listings
Listings marked "Unclaimed" are generated from public license records. The contractor has not verified or approved this listing. TBAN is not responsible for errors in unclaimed listings.
3.3 Claiming a Listing
By claiming a listing, you represent that you are the authorized representative of the business, that your FL contractor license is active and in good standing, and that all information provided is accurate.
4. Partner Program
Participation in the TBAN Partner Program, including the awning dealer program, cross-referral network, and related services, is subject to:
- Maintaining an active, valid Florida contractor license
- Compliance with all applicable state and local laws
- Adherence to TBAN's partner code of conduct (provided upon onboarding)
- No misrepresentation of TBAN affiliation or certifications to homeowners
TBAN reserves the right to remove any partner from the network at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or reflects negatively on the network.
5. Lead Generation & Referrals
Leads generated through TBAN are provided to contractors on a non-exclusive basis. TBAN does not guarantee any minimum number of leads. A 5% referral fee applies to closed jobs resulting from cross-referral network introductions, as outlined in the partner agreement.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information in any form
- Claim a listing for a business you do not represent
- Use the Site to spam, harass, or solicit other contractors or homeowners
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from this Site without written permission
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Site
- Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including but not limited to the TBAN brand, Sunny Radha Day and Alisandro Pergolaro characters, logos, copy, designs, and compiled contractor data — is the property of US Awning Network Com Inc or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THIS SITE AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TBAN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. TBAN MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE QUALITY, RELIABILITY, OR SUITABILITY OF ANY CONTRACTOR LISTED ON THE SITE.
TBAN IS A MARKETING AND DIRECTORY PLATFORM ONLY. WE ARE NOT A CONTRACTOR, DO NOT PERFORM ANY WORK, AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE QUALITY OF WORK PERFORMED BY ANY LISTED CONTRACTOR.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY FLORIDA LAW, US AWNING NETWORK COM INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SITE OR ANY CONTRACTOR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless US Awning Network Com Inc, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
